Welcome to Plain’s guide on how to connect your accounting system. When you are logged into the platform, a main menu appears on the left side. Here, you’ll find the “Company” function, and under that is a section called “Integrations.” Here you can click “Click here to connect an accounting system,” as shown in the image below.
Next, you will be taken to the window shown below, where you need to select which accounting system you want to connect. You can freely choose among the displayed icons or search for your preferred accounting system.
You will then see an overview of the data we collect when integrating your accounting system. Here you also have the opportunity to read our privacy policy. To connect your accounting system, click the “Connect now” button, which will open in a new window.
Now enter your login details, and then click “Log in” as shown in the image below.
The next step is to select which accounting accounts should be used to transfer data between systems. When you log in, Plain has automatically added some accounts in advance, but you can easily edit them by clicking the section under the green text. Once you have chosen your desired accounts, click “Complete integration” at the bottom.
You have now connected your accounting system, and Plain will start synchronizing your data.
