Who must be covered by workers’ compensation insurance?

As an employer you are required to have a workplace injury insurance for all employees — paid or unpaid. If you are a director in an ApS or A/S, you must be covered by the company’s workers’ compensation insurance. The same applies to shareholders who work in the company.
